Jade Winds Condominiums is a quaint, peaceful complex on the beachside peninsula in Port Orange. Set directly on the Halifax River and just a block from Dunlawton Avenue, it offers the perfect blend of a convenient location and a relaxing getaway. While the complex does not have a pool, guests who enjoy fishing, kayaking or canoeing love the gorgeous riverfront surroundings. An on-site laundry room in the building adds extra convenience.

The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, with a direct route right down Demotte Avenue, and a beachside 7-Eleven is just around the corner. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk you'll find Mad Dog Surf Shop, an oceanfront park and all the businesses along Dunlawton Avenue, including locally owned boutiques, Starbucks, Fresh Seafood Market, Deck Down Under, Genovese's Italian Cafe, Yaya's Beachside Bar, Dunes Brewery, Jimmy Hula's, a fishing charter company, gift shops, CVS, bike rentals and Casual Bird, just to name a few. The location truly can't be beat!

When you enter this remodeled second floor condo, the river views will take your breath away. The sprawling riverfront living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa, a recliner and a TV. The remodeled kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and includes 2 bar stools.

The bedroom features a king bed and a traditional secretary desk, along with an adjoining remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Step out onto the riverfront balcony from the living room and relax in the chairs while taking in the peaceful view. Sit out here for any length of time and you're sure to spot dolphins playing in the river. Thanks to its brackish water and abundant fish, the Halifax River is famous as a playground for dolphins!

Please note that this cozy complex does not have an elevator, so guests will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach this second floor condo. There are also no private laundry machines in the condo, but guests are welcome to use the on-site laundry machines in the building.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

This condo includes one assigned parking space in an uncovered lot. If you plan to bring more than one vehicle, please reach out to our agents before booking. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
