Welcome to Waterbreeze, a luxury four-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in beautiful Port Macquarie on NSW’s stunning Mid North Coast. Ideally located close to pristine beaches and surrounded by lush hinterland, Waterbreeze is the perfect home away from home for families. Featuring air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living area, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Pets are welcome by prior request only. We can accommodate small, non-shedding dogs, subject to approval before booking.

Enter via the front deck into the open plan living area. The dining and kitchen area overlook the pool area and gardens. Kitchen with 90cm gas stove, oven, microwave and essentials.
A few steps down is the family room where you can enjoy the morning sun glowing in. Further down the hall are all bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.
The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite and smart TV.

Nobbys beach, the un-leashed dog beach is 900 meters from the house, walking distance.

THE AREA – WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
The Port Macquarie area is all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Nobbys Beach (900m) is an unleashed dog friendly beach comprising of 400 metres worth of white sands.
Shelly Beach (800m) is a classic surfing beach at one end and at the other end is a peaceful natural tidal lagoon, bordering the Sea Acres Rainforest.
Astys Takeaway and a fuel station 1.5km down Pacific Drive.

OTHER
Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, hens and bucks parties.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

Due to the lush gardens and tropical rainforest surroundings, you may notice some insects or critters, such as butterflies, daddy long legs, or spiders, making themselves at home.

The property owners are passionate about preserving the natural environment and have chosen not to use chemical treatments that could harm the surrounding ecosystem. While we do our best to maintain the home to a high standard, occasional sightings are part of the charm of being close to nature.
