The home features a private dock with a covered boat slip, making it especially convenient for guests bringing their own boat or enjoying time on the water. There's also a fish cleaning station for those returning from a day of fishing. The waterfront is the heart of this home — grab your morning coffee outside, enjoy the breeze in the afternoon, or wind down in the evening while watching the water.

The driveway and garage can accommodate up to 2 vehicles each. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Please do not park on the grass, block sidewalks, fire hydrants, or neighboring driveways.



🔑 GUEST ACCESS

You'll have private access to the entire home, waterfront deck, private dock, and outdoor areas.

Self check-in is available with a keypad. Your unique door code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

• Walking and Biking: The town is pedestrian-friendly and compact, making walking convenient. Biking is possible, though some areas are more suited for cycling than others.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM.

Texas weather can naturally attract insects, especially in outdoor areas. While we do our best to maintain a comfortable environment, insects are a natural part of the local climate and are outside of our control. We recommend bringing insect repellent and, if desired, citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
