We paid over one thousand for two nights from March 19 to March 2026, and the basic facilities and service were very poor—far below what we expected for that price.
On the first evening, we discovered that the water flow in the shower was extremely low—so low that we couldn't shower properly. We ended up catching a cold and had to go to a friend's place the next day just to shower.
Since it was a busy weekend, we didn't raise the issue during our stay. After we checked out, the property emailed us asking that if we weren't going to leave a five-star review, we should contact them first. We did reach out to explain the issue, but their response was completely unacceptable—they blamed us for not reporting it at the time instead of taking any responsibility.
I understand that reporting issues during a stay can help resolve them quickly, but for this price point, basic amenities like a functional shower should be a given. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude only made things worse.
