Spend quality time with your family and friends in this peaceful 4 bedroom oasis situated in a prime location. This home is equipped with plenty of family-friendly entertainment and amenities to ensure your group can make the most of your stay. Unwind in the spacious living room with a Smart TV and relive the nostalgia playing tons of classic games on the retro Nintendo style game console. Enjoy the conveniences of a fully updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that can extend to accommodate more seating. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed and the other a twin bunk bed set up. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its own TV. Upstairs there is also two bedrooms with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. Step outside to the expansive deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining set w/ an umbrella. Cozy up around the gas fire table with the patio conversation set in the sprawling backyard. A playground for the little ones makes this home perfect for a fun-filled getaway. This home is only a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants, as well as close proximity to Cedar Point. So make memories to last a lifetime at this idyllic home!

📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
