« The heat was off, the house was freezing. The thermostat had a low battery, had to take batteries out of a remote to get it to work. It was difficult to figure out. A large clump of hair was in the shower. The room with the bunk bed was extremely hot and the bed is loud every time you move. There was one pod for coffee and no cream and sugar. « Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didnât look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they werenât properly cleaned before we arrived.
