No carpet or rugs in house. House is near end of cul-de-sac street. Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Kids are welcome. Completely fenced in backyard. Second bath has exterior door to pool so easy access for changing and showering after the dip in the pool. Large, spacious living room, dining room that seats six, and kitchen eating area that seats four and has two patio doors to pool / lanai area. Granite counters, four counter stools at center island. Family room has large smart led tv. Wood shutters on most windows.
The 10,000 lb boat lift and jet ski lift may be available for an additional cost if owner’s boat is not there. However, you are welcome to moor your boat at the dock. The pool can be heated, but additional $25 per day will be charged.
