Veronie Villa, Veronie Villa - 100 Steps to the Beach! Great Relaxing Ocean Views

Come enjoy time at our family beach home, Veronie Villa. This second row, 3 bedroom/3 bath on Ramada Beach was lovingly rebuilt by Papaw Veronie and his three sons after Hurricane Ike washed their original house away. Sitting on 1.5 lots, it is approximately 100 steps from the covered parking area to the beach and features an open concept living room (with sleeper sofa)/kitchen, primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and a smart TV, second primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds that shares a hall bath with guests – all on the same floor. The kitchen is stocked with spices and lots of pots and pans for cooking your favorite meals. Internet is provided as well as Dish TV. The second-floor deck extends around two sides with covered and uncovered areas for eating and enjoying beach views, and of course, taking in the relaxing and hypnotic sound of the surf. On the ground floor, wash the sand off in our outdoor shower and enjoy our grill, bar, picnic tables, fish cleaning station, outdoor game, and old-fashioned tree-style swing. There is a cargo lift (not an elevator for humans and pets) that can be used for transporting luggage, groceries, coolers, etc. up to the second level. Have a golf cart delivered to the house and discover the fun of riding up and down the beach and around the neighborhood. Most of all, we want you to enjoy the easy, loving atmosphere this house offers from the years of absorbing the special connections this large, Cajun family brought to it.
