Upstairs, you’ll find a private king bedroom with its own bath, plus a spacious game room ideal for movie nights, board games, puzzles, or simply enjoying the view. A third-floor deck offers spectacular sunset views and a glimpse of the nearby bird sanctuary.

Third floor also includes a work station complete with docking station, dual monitors and a keyboard.
