    3 bedroom / 2.5 bath entire home with large den. Perfect accommodations for large families and children. Open concept living room with plenty of seating around a large dining table and island.

Beautiful place with great communication from Shawn! He was available for any questions I had. The house was big enough to host our annual family vacation and Thanksgiving lunch/dinner. Had no issues whatsoever with the beach house!

This was a great property for our extended family vacation. Convenient to everywhere you would want to go and a short quick walk to the beach. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

The house was in a good location to the beach. The had plenty of bed space and a nice size living room. Photos of property need to be updated to show the condition of the house at the present time. Upkeep and repairs are needed.

We spent the weekend with our teenagers and their friends and had an amazing time! The beds were comfortable, the amenities were amazing, and Shaun was very helpful and responded immediately to any messages that I sent. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Fun Times!

We really enjoyed staying here with the family. A 3 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The kids loved to play the arcade in the living room when we had downtime. I had a couple questions at the beginning of our stay and Shaun was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Get Away

We loved our stay so close to the beach.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and games for the kids to play. Shaun was very helpful and quick to respond to messages promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to it!

Great location

Overall good stay. Had a few blips along the way that kept me from saying it was great. Location was great to the beach. Property manager was super helpful and extremely responsive. Property needed some updates and bathrooms were small for several people sharing.

Great location!

Arrived on Friday afternoon, checked in & went right to the beach, it’s so close! Stayed at the house til checkout Monday. House was good & had enough space & beds for all. Stairs to get to other 3 big beds was difficult for adults, so had to sleep elsewhere. Overall, the place is a great location, roomy, plenty of outdoor seating, parking for multiple vehicles or golf carts. The price for the weekend was great for the size & location! Would rent the house again!

Wonderful location

The house is a short walk to the beach on a quiet street with easy access to the main hwy in Crystal beach. The house does have a portable ac/dehumidifier downstairs which is wonderful to keep the house feeling comfortable with how humid the air is. The half bath outside is not usable as the floor has a hole/weak spot, so we did not use it. The kitchen amenities are great and having the spices, salt, pepper, tea and coffee is above and beyond what any other rental we’ve stayed at in the area. The house is older so don’t expect a brand new house, expect a lived in well loved house. The beds are very comfortable, the amount of beach toys is great, and the space is perfect.

Great location!

Conveniently located close to the Big Store for those forgotten grocery items, a very short walk to the beach, and tons of fun for the kids! My only suggestion would be to bring a hotspot for the TV outside. We used our phone hotspots to get the Astros games! Great stay and will likely use this rental again!!
