Mermaid Mansion is pet-friendly with a $200 Non-refundable pet fee. This home welcomes you to a spacious, open living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, even a crockpot, making meal-prepping easy. You and your guests can gather around the eating bar and dining table to enjoy meals together and make memories. The comfy furniture in the living room provides the perfect seating area for talking and watching your favorite streaming movies and shows. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 people. You can connect to the WiFi by entering the username and password provided for you. The bedrooms are comfy and decorated in a beachy theme. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub with a separate step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has 2 twin/twin bunk beds. There is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You and your guest will enjoy sitting on the deck watching beautiful sunrises and glorious sunsets while drinking your favorite beverages. The covered area downstairs is the spot for grilling, eating at the picnic table, children running around laughing, and taking refreshing showers after a fun-filled day on the beach, which is just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small dish liquid soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
