The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing comfortable space for everyone to relax after a day at the beach. The master bedroom includes a king‑size bed and a private attached full bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or mixed groups with one queen bed and a twin‑over‑queen bunk bed.
One of the highlights of this beach house is the abundance of outdoor living space designed for casual coastal living. The downstairs open‑air area offers plenty of seating, picnic tables, and a charcoal grill, making it perfect for cookouts, game nights, or simply unwinding in the shade. Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:

1 dish sponge
