The primary bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, reading lamps and smart TV. Front entrance to this stylish Crystal Beach home is through the second floor glass patio door. Pull your vehicles into the paved driveway, and walk into the ground level patio area. You can walk to beach access at the end of Boyt Rd, but we recommend driving because beach days usually mean bringing food, refreshments and gear for the day. The shaded ground level patio area has plenty for everyone in your group to unwind. A fun hammock, Adirondack chairs, mini bar with two stools, and of course, the hot tub! When you stay at our Crystal Beach Fun in the Sun home, you can step out of the living room patio doors onto the full width balcony/patio and enjoy some unwinding time. The sunset is your backdrop!

Guest access
Easy 24/7 access provided by smart lock on the exterior upstairs deck glass door to the house. Your personal door access code to the smart lock will be provided prior to your arrival (don't worry about what time you arrive). During the stay, you will have full use of the entire home, except for locked cabinets or closets in the house or garage.

Door entry is second level. The indoor and outdoor living space (deck/balconies) are second level. Ground level is the outdoor shower, patio lounge area and hot tub.
Other things to note
We welcome individuals and families with pets. Maximum 2 dogs, but no exotic pets please. If your pet is approved by Host, a $100 pet stay fee will be collected prior to your stay.

As soon as you reserve this property, you'll receive a welcome message that includes a link to the boarding pass for your stay. To make you feel right at home, we will need some details about you.
