We know what it’s like to travel with the family, and feel the need to over pack! Come stay at the T!p’Sea Tavern where you can leave the “kitchen sink behind!”

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your family and friends. The house is just a short 5 minute walk from the beach, so you can enjoy all the fun of the Gulf Coast and call our place your home away from home.
The space
This beach house features a spacious living room and kitchen with lots of seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cute deck with stunning views of the evening sunsets. There is a bar in the entertainment area below, where you can enjoy a cold drink or unwind around the table with the stories from the day!

Guest access
You will have access to the home, with exception of the owner's closet and the garage. An access code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival by 1pm.
Other things to note
Wi-fi is provided for your streaming pleasure.
However, please understand that we are on the peninsula and are at the mercy of the local internet provider. Therefore, unplanned/unexpected outages is subjectable. Should such incidents occur, refunds will not be issued.

Costal climate is hot and humid, therefore, it causes a lot of bugs and mosquitoes. We are aware that bugs and mosquitoes can get into spaces. We maintain regular exterminations and treatments to try to prevent this problem, but it is not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs or mosquitoes in and around the home and such incidences will not constitute a refund.

Due to the coastal climate, we have our thermostats set to not go below 68 degrees. Otherwise, the unit will freeze and stop working. But trust us you will be more than comfortable.
