Boujee Beach House is a gorgeous home just 300 feet from the beach with amazing views! This is a pet friendly, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home sleeping 8 guests. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable seating for everyone. Outside, you will find ample seating on the deck where you can enjoy sipping that morning cup of coffee watching a breathtaking sunrise, and cool beverages viewing our glorious sunsets. Enjoy your dinner outside at the picnic table, we also provide a charcoal grill so you are able to grill your favorite meals. There is a Tiki Bar, picnic table and swings downstairs to enjoy while visiting with your guest and chillin' out. When you are ready to head to the beach, it is just a short walk or drive away! After having fun in the sand, don’t forget to rinse off in the downstairs shower!

Pets are welcome, up to 2 dogs, the non-refundable pet fee is $75, may need to be added after booking. There is a large fenced yard so your dogs can run and play.

The bedrooms are as follows: Master Bedroom with a King bed with an en suite bathroom, Guest room with a queen bed, Guest room with queen bunk beds, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Cleaning includes: Beds are made with fresh linens, towels are provided. There are starter sets of toilet paper in each bathroom (2 rolls), Paper towels in the kitchen (2 rolls), hand soap in each bathroom, trash bags in kitchen.

There is a regular drip coffee pot available.

We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Property is located across the ferry from Galveston, on the Bolivar Peninsula.

There is an outdoor charcoal grill, please bring charcoal/lighter fluid.

Please no parking on the street.

Property is not child proof.

No events allowed, including prom groups. Please no more than 8 guests on the property at all times.

As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
