Villa Simone is located in the village of Kirmenjak, in the interior of Istria. This stone villa with blue shutters is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden full of Mediterranean plants. In the shade of the trees, there are numerous relaxation areas that will be the ideal place for a long-awaited vacation and gatherings with friends or family. The outdoor pool will provide the necessary refreshment on hot summer days, and 3 floors of the villa will provide more than enough space for all guests. The villa can accommodate 8 people.



The interior of the villa covers 170 m² and consists of a ground floor and 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area decorated in a rustic style. It consists of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. Natural materials such as stone and wood dominate the space. The walls are covered with stone for freshness in the summer and the ceiling is covered with wooden beams for a dose of warmth and comfort. In the living room there is a space for relaxation, ideal for movie nights. In the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to prepare various meals, and if you wish, you can also prepare meals in the fresh air, in the barbecue area.



The villa has 4 bedrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor. Some rooms have double beds, while others have two single beds. On each floor there is a bathroom with shower. All the rooms are decorated in a warm rustic style with contrasting industrial details.



Villa Simone is situated in a completely fenced garden of 1500 m². Maximum privacy and enjoyment are guaranteed, and how could they not be, with all the outdoor facilities available. There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, a hanging swing and the most important of all - clean, fresh air and plenty of greenery. If you are looking for a vacation away from the noise and bustle of the city, this villa is the ideal choice. Bring your favorite book (or books) and enjoy the rural idyll of the Istrian countryside.



Although the villa is located in a smaller settlement, there are many charming towns and villages in the area. The coastal town of Poreč is only 15 minutes away by car, and in the same time you can reach Plava and Zelena Laguna, where you can enjoy a walk by the sea. If you decide to go further inland, the nearby towns of Pazin, Tinjan and Višnjan will delight you with their sights and gastronomic delicacies.
