The Villa is located near the villages of Poppi, Bibbiena, Stia, all reachable within 10 minutes by car. Moreover, it is possible to quickly reach the cities of art, the most famous tourist destinations in Tuscany and Umbria: Arezzo, Montalcino, Siena, Pienza, Pisa, Florence, Montepulciano, Chianciano, Assisi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.

The villa is on two levels for a total of 200 square meters and can accommodate up to 12 people. The ground floor consists of a large dining room, kitchen with kitchenette, two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a bathroom with full service available to the common areas. Upstairs we find a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom, finally a double bedroom adjacent to a bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom. Each bathroom has a large shower, except the service bathroom. Each room has a soundtrack system (radio, MP3 or USB support).
Outside there is an outbuilding used as a laundry. The villa has a large porch where you can spend unforgettable hours relaxing, large outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue and a living room with sofa and armchairs overlooking the beautiful castle of Poppi.
