« The house was perfect and very clean. My husband and I came down to celebrate our 40 wedding anniversary. Thank you for a beautiful place to celebrate. »

« This house was a perfect find in Duck for a couple families with small kids. The bedroom and bathroom situation worked well, property was clean, and location was great. Two things really stood out tho. First, when the property listing says the kitchen is well stocked, it's not an exaggeration. There are plenty of pans, utensils, even a pitcher. Everything is super clean too. But the best was the communication from the host- responsive and helpful at every turn. Thanks for the great stay! »

« Family came into town for our son’s graduation and stayed here. They loved it. They commented on how lovely the decor and home was as well as the convenience to the beach, walking areas, and the high school.Host communication was great and speedy. Lovely home and location. »

« We had a fantastic stay at this updated, clean home in Corolla! The host was incredibly helpful with excellent communication throughout our trip. The house was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, and the short walk or drive with quick access to the beach made our days effortless. A few minor cosmetic issues were present, but they are easily fixed and didn't impact our stay in the slightest. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends! »

« Loved this property! »

« Super nice to deal with! Timely response. Nice to work with real people. Highly recommend. »

« We stayed here for a week in mid June and had a wonderful time. The home was as described and the host was very responsive. We had a few minor issues that were immediately addressed. The kids loved the pool and the beach, as did the adults. We had daily dolphin shows and the sunsets were stunning from the front porch. The location is perfect and convenient to both Duck and Corolla. Don’t miss the wild horses! Truly a memorable family vacation. »

« They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there. There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site. The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes...

« Amazing place!! We could not be happier with our stay. The place was clean, smelled great (a big deal ) and felt brand new. Light from the surround windows floor to ceiling made the place a dream. The garden space and surrounding natural area really made the place feel private and secluded. The host was very gracious and accommodating. The place is situated like a guest house in the far backyard of the property, past the garden on a nice walking path. Property is shared with the main house that...
