Modern Executive Townhouse
Welcome to your new home away from home! This beautiful townhouse was recently built and is conveniently located near the airport, Tybee Island, Downtown Savannah, and Hilton Head. The spacious home is furnished with modern, luxury amenities throughout the entire place and memory foam beds. It is built for working professionals with super fast WiFi, two standing desks, and ergonomic office chairs. Families will also love this space with board games, card games, 4 HD Roku TVs, highchair, and pack 'n play. Plenty of parking with a single car garage and two spaces on the driveway. The backyard has a porch, chairs, and gas grill.

The Space
You will have access to entire home and garage with over 1600 square feet of space. Keyless entry is made through a smart lock. Code will be sent to you before arrival. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Late check out or early check in only allowed if pre-approved with a $50 fee.
The TVs are all HD Roku smart TVs and will be set to guest mode so you can use your own streaming accounts. The backyard is partially fenced and is open to the woods in the back.
The upstairs
* Bedroom with king bed, memory foam mattress, and dresser with an ensuite bathroom featuring a luxury walk-in tile shower and walk-in closet. This room also has a 55" HD Roku TV, standing desk and office chair, along with a 2nd closet. Pack 'n Play also available. * 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, memory foam mattress, dresser, 43" HD Roku TV and closet. * 3rd bedroom features a full bed, memory foam mattress, dresser, 43" HD Roku TV, standing desk and office chair, and closet. * The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo. * Laundry area features a brand new washer and dryer with ironing board and iron.

* Fully stocked modern kitchen with granite countertops and all new equipment
* All appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig latte maker, standard coffee maker, Instant Pot/Air Fryer Combo, toaster, blender, electric can opener, and more! * Pots, pans, spices, cooking oil, and full array of utensils, dinnerware, and silverware. Fire extinguisher also provided. * Countertop with 4 barstools. * Dining Room with seating for 6 plus a highchair * Living Room with comfortable couch, ottoman, 55" HD Roku TV and family games. * Backyard features a covered porch, patio chairs, and gas grill. Please note the yard is partially fenced but is open to the woods behind. * Half bathroom with convenient access * Closets with plenty of storage space
Parking
* Single car garage * 2 parking spaces on the driveway * NO parking allowed on the street and commercial vehicles with logos are not allowed on the driveway. The HOA is very strict about this rule and will tow vehicles or impose fines for parking on the street.
NOTE: Garbage must be bagged, boxes flattened, and be taken to the neighborhood compactor which is a short walk away. Access to the compactor is via security badge which will be provided at the house.
NOTE: An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap is provided. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
House Rules
We are committed to fairness - our goal is to return the full deposit because everything went smoothly. However, broken house rules may result in fees that can be deducted from the deposit at the host's discretion. Any broken rules can be grounds for early termination and forfeit of booking without refund of booking or deposit.
* $500 refundable security deposit is required (a hold is placed on your credit card). * Guest must sign, within 3 days of booking, rental agreement that will be sent upon reservation. * The guest booking the reservation must be staying at the home. * We hope you bought travel insurance. No refunds for any reason outside of the cancellation policy. If there is a possibility your plans may change, consider purchasing travel insurance ahead of time. * There is a ring doorbell with a camera at the front door. This is for guest and host safety. * NO parties/events/large gatherings are allowed as this is a quiet neighborhood - please be aware of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our neighbors are awesome and we want to be awesome neighbors too. * All guests must be identified ahead of time when signing the contract. The maximum number of guests in this home is 7. * While children are welcome, the house is not childproofed and may not be suitable for all children. The house has two levels and the bedrooms are all located upstairs. * Don't damage our home – treat it the way you would treat your own home, but better. * Don't do anything illegal, (substances, behaviors, downloads) – If the cops come looking, we will cooperate. * No unlicensed weapons allowed. * Don't shoot a movie - you must receive advance permission and get a signed waiver for professional photos or filming (inside or outside). * All host areas are off limits for guests including owner's closets. * Don't burn the house down – do not leave gas grill unattended. Turn off the grill after each use. Propane tank is provided. * The furniture can be moved for what best suits the guests. We just ask that you take care when moving anything and to put everything back the way you found it before you leave. * We must protect the home – Hosts and authorized representatives can enter the property if there is an emergency or urgent situation, if there is a party, or if it's past check-out time. We will do our best to contact you ahead of time if possible. * Don't mess with technology – do not tamper or intentionally turn off or disable security equipment (WiFi, router, ring security camera). You may not be able to access the house or the internet without all the equipment working. * Stuff happens – if something breaks, please let us know so we can get it fixed for you or the next guest. The sooner the better! * Pets are NOT allowed. We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic. * This is a NON-smoking home. There is a cleaning fee for any type of smoking/vaping. * Parking is only in the garage or driveway. Parking on the street is NOT allowed and commercial vehicles with logos are not allowed on the driveway. The HOA is very strict about this rule and will tow vehicles or impose fines for parking on the street. * Check in time begins strictly at 4pm and check-out time is strictly 10am. Should you require any changes, we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand and an additional fee may apply. If we have guests arriving or departing that same day, it will be almost impossible to offer any changes due to the cleaners needing to prepare the home. * NOTE: Garbage must be bagged, boxes flattened, and be taken to the neighborhood compactor which is just up the street. Access to the compactor is via security badge which will be provided at the house. * The TVs are all HD Roku smart TVs and will be set to guest mode so you can use your own streaming accounts. * The backyard is partially fenced and is open to the woods in the back. * Please communicate to us – no post-stay refunds will be issued for any reason. Guests must contact us during stay with clear documentation so we have a chance to correct the issue in real-time (vs after the stay when it's too late). The goal is to rectify any issue immediately so guests can enjoy a great stay.
