The contemporary architecture makes the most of natural light and a connection with the outdoors. The expansive windows and balconies invite you to take in the surrounding landscape, where rolling fields and the serenity of nature set the rhythm of each day.
With five bedrooms, a spacious sitting and dining room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, the house has been designed to accommodate families or groups of friends in comfort and style. Every room has air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay in any season.

Just a few minutes from the historic centre of Ponte de Lima, the location allows you to explore some of the most beautiful landscapes in northern Portugal, from the beaches of Viana do Castelo to the mountains of Peneda-Gerês National Park.
The house has five bedrooms, including two suites, and three additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have an outdoor balcony and large windows that fill the rooms with natural light and offer open views across the landscape.
The dining room comfortably seats up to ten people, making it ideal for shared meals. The sitting room, with its sofas and fireplace, opens onto the outside, creating a natural flow between the interior and the garden.
Outside, there are various relaxation areas with sofas, sun loungers and tables for alfresco dining. A portable barbecue is also available for relaxed gatherings with family or friends.
Private parking is available within the grounds for 4 or 5 cars.
The owners use a separate house within the property.
Guests have access to all outdoor areas of the property, including the gardens and patios. With the owners on hand to guide you, it is also possible to visit the agricultural area of the estate.

The property also encompasses a working agricultural area cultivated with respect for nature. Amongst the kitchen gardens and growing fields, a project of true devotion to the land has been taking shape for nearly two decades.
Here, a mindful approach to farming is practised — free from pesticides, inspired by a biodynamic vision and rich in biodiversity. There is no monoculture. Every plant grows in harmony with the natural cycle of life, creating a living, authentic environment that is at the very heart of this place.
