Housed in the top floor of Kermaria, a historic riverside home dating back to 1850, this stylish 33 m² studio suite offers a unique and peaceful stay overlooking the River Aven. Once a pension de famille for Pont-Aven’s mill workers, the house has been thoughtfully restored to combine character, comfort, and independence.

The property has a private entrance with a shared terrace and is quietly located between the historic viaduct and the riverfront. A short, scenic walk along the Xavier Grall path leads to the centre of Pont-Aven, renowned for its galleries, museums, and excellent restaurants.
