« It feels more like a hostel than hotel. Lack of amenities and standard facilities. Not many option of breakfast and needs to be improved taste wise. Location is good because is next to Bintaro Plaza. Staff are kind and helpful. »

« Overall was great. The staffs pleasure to deal with. Just a reminder for a 5 star hotel to keep up the room/bathroom maintenance so everything stays nice, tidy, clean, and doesn’t wear out easily thats important thing.
As a 5 star hotel, please maintain consistent air-conditioning throughout the building. The hallway near our room was quite warm at times as were a few other areas
