« After we made the reservations, we called to make sure they have a shuttle to the airport. They said yes - then we called back to see if it was complimentary and they said yes. When we got there there was no shuttle. They said there are 3 Courtyard by Marriott and only 1 has a shuttle but we called the one connected to the address we went to. »

« This was definitely a get what you pay for situation. The room was dirty and smelled like it as well. There was sticky spills on the floor, hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom, stains on the comforter as well as burn holes. When this was brought up to staff nothing was done and we still had to pay a $50 deposit which I’m still waiting to be returned. Not recommended. »
