Wifi worked well, Beds were comfy and AC worked well although we found we needed to sleep with the doors open as it wasn’t central, but just one unit in the upstairs. « My mom friends and I had a moms/friends’ getaway at this rental (reading, games, R&R). It was a great space for our group. Highlights were definitely the views and location. It was winter and cold during our stay so we couldn’t fully utilize the beach, but that spot is a gem and set up wonderfully.
