The bar includes a wonderful breakfast seating area that also works wonderfully for enjoying a card game with friends and family. Directly off the kitchen is the dining room with a modern artistic sunrise inspired deco lighting and a table that seats six to eight diners. The open concept living and dining room makes enjoying family and friends easy and relaxing while taking in the ocean views that surround you. This unit has two family room areas with televisions. The ocean front seating is a leather sectional offering comfortable reclining seating while the front enclosed lanai has leather couch and chairs.
