Welcoming and well-maintained apartment located in Polpenazze del Garda, within a pleasant residence surrounded by greenery and equipped with two large communal swimming pools, perfect for relaxing during the summer days.



The apartment has two double bedrooms, making it an ideal solution for families, two couples or small groups of up to 4 people.



The living area is bright and comfortable, furnished with a sofa and flat-screen TV. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, one of the most pleasant spaces in the house, equipped with a table for outdoor dining and a relaxation area, ideal for breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners during the fine season.



The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to comfortably prepare your meals during your stay.



The bathroom is complete with shower, WC, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer, offering all the comforts needed even for longer stays.



The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway of the sleeping area, to ensure a pleasant environment even in the hottest months. For families travelling with small children, a cot and high chair are also available.



Guests can enjoy two very large and well-maintained communal swimming pools, surrounded by the green spaces of the residence: an ideal environment to spend days of relaxation without giving up the opportunity to explore Lake Garda and the Valtenesi area.



For those arriving by car, it is possible to park in the public car park located opposite the property; the apartment therefore does not have a private parking space.
