Overview

The breathtaking Villa Golden Coast 06 is set at the edge of Polis Town. A short 12-minute walk brings you to the centre where you can find numerous local taverns, restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars. Latchi Harbour is just a 6-minute drive, and the supermarket is a 2-minute drive.

Villa Golden Coast 06 has 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms; the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.

Living Area

The living area is bright & spacious with sliding patio doors moving from the living space to the outdoor sofas, dining area, and private pool. There is a flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package to enjoy your home comforts and well as entertainment for the children.

There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge. The open plan living space includes an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 and access.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to high standard appliances include; an American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, & toaster. There is also an adjoining breakfast bar.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area

The beautiful swimming pool is 10m x 5m and includes large walk-in Roman-style steps for easy exit and entry. The pool is 0.8m in the shallow end and 1.7m in the deep end.

There is also a large stone-built BBQ and Table Tennis Table.
