Arsinoe Beach Villa is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors; a spacious open-plan layout with modern, luxurious furniture and fittings. The living room extends outside through the large patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace and BBQ area.

The unique outdoor area is perfect for those who want ultimate seclusion; surrounded by beautifully, matured landscaped gardens and an inviting swimming pool. It is the ultimate place to relax and unwind, especially after a long day at the beach.

Living Area

The large, spacious open-plan living/dining room area is bright and airy; the perfect place to retreat after a long day in the Cyprus sun. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; featuring a large widescreen TV with UKTV & a DVD player. As well as books, and games for children.

There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen contains a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is an adjoining utility room for extra storage.

Next to the kitchen is a luxury dining area with space for 6 people; perfect for enjoying your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or playing games with the family.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and private balcony.

Bedroom 3: 2x Twin beds.

*Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a shared bathroom.

On the ground floor is another family bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower.

Arsinoe Beach Villa has a stunning private swimming pool with large walk-in steps for easy exit & entry. Set in luscious, landscaped gardens with numerous outdoor spaces; it is the ultimate place to relax and unwind.

The outdoor area is secluded and sheltered, making it the perfect retreat after a day out exploring or after a long day at the beach. Outside dining is an absolute must; it is the best setting for an evening BBQ by the pool.

The roof terrace is the ultimate place to take in the amazing panoramic views of Latchi and Chrysochous Bay, and you must capture a photograph of the stunning sunset.
