WePuglia - Dimore Sarnelli - Apt. Serena

Dimore Sarnelli are two newly renovated adjacent apartments on the first floor, one called Francesca and one called Serena. The apartments are located in the main street of Polignano a Mare, from which they take their name and are about 150m from the main square, 300m from the seaview historic center and about 400m from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The accomodations are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Apt. Serena has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Dimore Sarnelli – Apt. Serena is a recently renovated apartment on the first floor adjacent to the other apartment. The house consists of a living room-kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, hob with 4 gas burners, kettle and dishwasher, double sofa bed and a table with chairs. The living area gives access to a balcony overlooking the main street, to the toilet and to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a storage room with washing machine and a small open atrium with outdoor table and chairs.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.

Check-Out: before 10am
