« We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Great location. Nearby bicycle rentals, restaurants and electric boat rentals. Surfing at Blackies beach just north of Newport pier 1.5 miles from home. Comfortable for our large group. The air conditioner worked for us (keep windows and doors closed when A/C is on.) »

« My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

« Wonderful home. Large sitting and kitchen area. Beds comfortable. The boardwalk is perfect for people watching. I would point out tho that it’s a fair distance from the house to the water. Could be a problem for younger and older guests. Otherwise it was perfect! »
