« Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys

« We loved riding the bikes! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon for pulling everything you need to the beach. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting outside !The beds were comfortable and clean!The bathrooms were nice and clean as well.The family room was a nice gathering area and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking! »

« Absolutely perfect! This beach house was everything we hoped for and more — spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The views were breathtaking, the beds were comfy, and every detail was thoughtfully done. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back »

« Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without
 we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. »
