● Lake Access: Short walk from property

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: Up to 4 cars allowed in the driveway.

This 5 bedroom/4 bathroom lake home is ideal for families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and truly relax. With multiple areas of the property containing ample seating, entertaining family and friends will be a breeze. There is a 13ft dining table that seats 12-16, the rooftop balcony seats 14 and still has room for cornhole, the upper game room seats 9, and the living room seats 11+ with 75” 4K TV.
Each bedroom was designed for your comfort with Interior wall soundproofing insulation and solid-core doors. With hotel-style AC/heat air handlers with remotes, you are sure to be comfortable and set temperatures to your liking. The bunk beds are all Twin XL, so adults can sleep comfortably.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
