« Great location and very comfortable stay. 1-2 minute walk (1/2 block) to the beach; 5-10 minutes to restaurants etc. My kids (2 & 4) loved the toys, kids nook and swing set. Enclosed backyard was perfect for the kids. Well stocked place even had a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kids beach toys). Comfortable beds, clean and very livable, not cramped even with two kids. I would definitely recommend a stay and will likely try to rebook this place for next summer! »

« Jane and Mark made our stay welcoming and very pleasant The cottage was very clean had every thing we need and more. Would definitely be there next year our stay was the last week in August 2025. Highly recommend location right at the beach Privacy great!! Just love there energy!! Very pleasant highly recommend the stay. »

« The property was amazing. Convenient to the beach and all other attractions. It offered all needed for a family friendly stay. The owners of the property are amazing! Rose is friendly and attentive. Any issues are fixed immediately! Rose is amazing and my family and I will surely be back next year! »

« Absolutely loved this house! It was spotless and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The mattresses were very comfortable — we all slept great. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip! Highly recommend! »

« Great house close to the beach and other Beach Haven haunts. The 7th St beach entrance was the easiest access we have ever had. The house appears small from the front, but has 4 decent sized bedrooms and the outdoor space is fantastic. Some of the online material about the property is dated and needs updating (they do have bedspreads and pillows). »

« This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The open living room and kitchen flow right onto a huge deck, which quickly became the heart of our stay. While the bedrooms are on the smaller side, you’ll hardly notice - you’ll spend all your time outside on the deck. Between the hot tub, the cozy sectional, and the large dining area with plenty of seating, it’s the perfect spot to relax, gather, and enjoy the week.
