« Room is depressing. It was ok clean but the opposite of cozy and welcoming. The couch didn’t look like a sofa bed so they offered for 20 extra euros a room with 2 actual beds. Shower didn’t look updated, we chose not to shower ! The day we left, they asked us for 10€ in cash for keeping our bags which seemed odd. Wouldn’t return despite fabulous location. (Beware there is one flight of stairs after elevator) »

« If you are searching and browsing where to stay in Milan, just STOP! The place is super nice, location is perfect and the staff is really friendly! And last but not the least THE VIEW!WOW! Was the perfect end for our 16 days in Italy! »

« Our 3-night stay at the property was overall ok with a few unexpected cons. The apartment was clean (except for a stained sofa) and centrally located in a safe area of the city with plenty of cafes nearby. That was the biggest plus. « Bait and switch, and they still charged full price. None of the listing photos are of the apartments we were given. The advertisement showed a specific apartment, with specific rooms, specific finishes, and a specific look. We checked that listing again after we arrived. The photos do not match this unit. Not a different angle. Not a room they had updated. A different apartment from the one in the ad. We paid for four nights in Milan and were charged the full amount despite them not giving us...
