« This was our second stay. The first was in the champagne tower suite. This stay we had the heart shaped hot tub suite. Surprisingly the 2nd stay was better than the first. Iâve always wanted to stay in one with the champagne tower, and it was nice, but the heart shaped hot tub was actually more comfortable and we spent a lot more time in it than the champagne tower. »

« Old school hospitality at it's best. This is the 10th year in a row my family has stayed over Thanksgiving break and something we really look forward to. The Christmas tree lighting with caroling in the lobby really took it to the next level. Keep up the great work Shawnee! »

« The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they donât allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful »

« Our trip to this place was incredible. We indulged in the thrilling tree-top adventures, took a tour of the property, and even went rifle shooting. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we had the pleasure of visiting during the off-season. We managed to make use of the gym and attend yoga classes. « Very impressed with pool, hot tub, room, reception and common areas. My only complaint is that the music in the restaurant was not appropriate. For a room with a touch of elegance ( table cloths, proper table setting, etc ) the music should have also had a touch of sophistication. It did not. The music would be ok in a local cheap eatery, but not there. Food, however, was excellent. »
