This thoughtfully designed Chalet is centrally located at the heart of Pocono Mountains in the beautiful Locust Lake Village. The home features 2 bedrooms/ + 1 King size loft bedroom and 1 bath with all the modern amenities your relaxing vacation requires. Enjoy your modern kitchen, cozy up on the large RH sofa for a nap, movie night on the 55” Samsung smart TV, read a book or play games on the large screened porch, BBQ on your Weber grill, soak in the hot tub, or take a short walk to the Villages many amenities.

The space
PearTree Chalet has been curated for relaxation the minute you drive onto the property and step inside your home. From the warm glow emanating from your home, this 1985 Chalet’s luxury wood interior will wrap you in that mountain living feeling. One can view natural surroundings from the oversized slidders from inside or, weather permitting, sip your morning coffee in the beautiful outdoor spaces.

Entering the home through the large screened porch, you are greeted by a great open-concept living/dining area. Looking to your left, one will view their open and modern fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals. The farm-to-table styled dining table, with seating up to 8 (table extends, sleeves in the main closet), will provide all the seating to feed the family/friends- giving. Cozy on the large RH sofa and chair for a nap while you warm up next to the pellet stove or watch your favorite movie on the 65” Smart TV.

The two main floor bedrooms are perfectly designed; the left guest bedroom has two twin beds with small nesting tables with Sonos speakers and a reading light perfect for those book lovers. The right guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed front and center, a small bedside shelf, an oversized mirror that sits above a large credenza, a 55” TV (FireStick equipped), a corner chair, and a closet for storage with a dresser. The home's full-sized bathroom, with its large tub and shower, will wash away the day's troubles.

The second floor is home to your large King sized loft retreat. The open concept gives you an unobstructed view of your natural surroundings through large southwest-facing windows and skylights and to your living space below. Cozy up on the comfortable leather couch with a small table, read a book on the RH chaise lounger, or catch up on TV programs (AppleTV equipped). Unpack your things into the large antique dresser and a dedicated desk for those “only if necessary” tasks.

Making your way outside to the large screened porch, you have seating with a coffee table for serving breakfast or playing games. You have direct access from the porch or sliders to cook up your favorite BBQ dish on your large Weber grill or S’mores over your on-deck gas fire pit. Not forgetting the essential piece, the 6-person Hot Tub is just steps away from the screened porch.

Yard amenities are all around you, a large wood fire pit with seating for 6, take a nap on the large backyard hammock or take a short walk to the main lake, or one of the many village amenities (ski and sledding slopes, swim or fish in one of the 3 lakes, tennis, basketball, or a nature walk.

The Home:
Enjoy the peace and quiet of your 2bd/1king loft/1ba chalet, with all modern amenities, including a beautiful view from the front deck or screened porch, a meal prepared in your fully modern kitchen or on the Weber BBQ grill, lounge in the hammock or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub under the stars.

The community:
Pear Tree Chalet is located in Locust Lake Village. All guests must register each person/vehicle for the security of the community. These additional steps take just a few moments of your time and help our community maintain high safety standards. Amenities include 3 lakes with beaches, tennis courts, hiking trails, volleyball, playgrounds, and our active lakes are perfect for kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing (PA fishing license required).

Once your registration form is completed, you will receive the following in an email confirmation (note: registration costs $35 per rental):
- Registration fee of $35 to the community and wristbands given at checkin, and returned free from damage upon checkout - photo & printer required- $40 for lost/damaged wristbands

Other things to note
Tesla EV Charger onsite, adaptor needed for other models (Non-Tesla vehicles must bring an AC adaptor, note not the same as SuperCharger DC one)
Additional fee for Golf Cart rental, and based on availability - inquire in DM
Pet fee - $150, max 2 small dogs
