Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Swimming in the lakes is open Memorial Day-Labor Day.
• Boating is available year round. If renters bring their own boat, there is a $20 fee for boat pass. No gas-powered boats are allowed.
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through April).
• Winter: The sledding hill and ski hill are available depending on the amount of snow. There is ice skating at Pilgrims Lake and ice fishing at Locust, East, or Pine Lakes, if frozen. The Recreation Department will also organize events and activities throughout fall and winter (luncheons, Pizza & Wings, Arts & Crafts, Octoberfest, Breakfast with Santa, etc).

You must pre-register all guests and vehicles with the community at least 3 days prior to your stay. The maximum number of guests is 8 INCLUDING infants and toddlers. Wristbands are required to be worn while using the numerous community amenities. Eight wristbands are provided for our guests at no additional cost. There is a $35 fee per lost bracelet for replacements.

This 1,400 sq. ft. home is designed for comfort and connection. The main floor offers a cozy living room that flows into the kitchen and dining area—perfect for gathering, cooking, and enjoying quality time with loved ones. While the home accommodates up to 8 people, it is most comfortable for 6 adults.

The main-floor bedroom is ideal for guests who prefer single-level living, featuring a plush king-size bed for restful nights. A nearby full bathroom provides both privacy and convenience.

Upstairs, a second living room doubles as a hangout space, perfect for movie nights or game sessions. Sink into oversized bean bags while watching your favorite shows on the 42" Smart TV, or pick from a collection of classic board games. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The two upstairs bedrooms provide peaceful retreats after a day of adventure, each equipped with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and ample storage. One of the bedrooms also includes a work desk, making it easy to stay connected when needed.

Indoor Fireplace:
Our indoor fireplace is the perfect spot to warm up. Enjoy the crackling fire and cozy glow as you relax with loved ones, sip your favorite drink, or unwind after a busy day. (Firewood not provided.)

Climate Control:
Heat across the entire home.
Air Conditioning: one ductless unit in the loft to keep common areas cool and no individual units in the bedrooms.

Step outside to the deck and take in the peaceful beauty of the surrounding trees. Sip your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air, or soak in the hot tub while enjoying the quiet sounds of nature around you.

Outdoor Fire Pit
Gather around the firepit under the stars to share stories, relax with your favorite drink, and enjoy the calm atmosphere of the Pocono woods. (Wood not provided.)

Private Hot Tub
For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the private outdoor hot tub. Soak in the warm, bubbling water while taking in the peaceful sights and sounds of nature. Whether it’s a quiet solo moment or a shared experience with loved ones, the hot tub is sure to be a highlight of your stay.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
