The house is fully equipped with cameras around the perimeter of the house for added security

DISCLAIMER: Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy listed in your booking information.
For example, if you booked a stay with 10 people but the total number of guests is actually 20.

Guest access
Check out time is STRICT unless agreement is in place, staying past that time will result in overstay fees (hourly) and any additional costs incurred.
- I DO NOT supply pool towels, only bath. You must bring your own.
- Must be made aware if a pet is included during stay, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED IN BEDS, ON SOFAS OR IN THE POOL!
All parts of the home are accessible to the guest except the following:
- 4 locked bedroom closets
