This newly renovated basement apartment is centrally located to be your perfect fit for your stay in Pocatello!

You will enter through a separate basement entrance at the back of the house on Benton Street, keeping both upstairs and downstairs completely separate. Free parking is located on Benton, with an open parking space in front of the gate as well.

While this is a basement apartment, there might occasionally be some noise from upstairs, but be assured your stay will not be interrupted by any unwanted disturbances.

Please Note: there is no hand rail down the stairs to the door at the moment, however the wall provides for a sturdy hand placement if needed

Please Note: the garage area is still being finished. For safety purposes we ask that guests do not enter the area until it is completed

There is no access to the thermostat from the apartment. However the home is set at 73 degrees to keep both upstairs and downstairs comfortable Blankets are provided if needed

Other things to note
This home features a modern induction cooktop for fast and efficient cooking.

How to use:

1. Press the Power button to turn it on.
2. Induction stoves only work with a magnetic metal pot or pan. We have provided some in the apartment, but if you choose to bring your own it would be helpful to test them with a magnet before you arrive.
3. Place the pan in the center of the cooking zone — the surface will only heat when it detects a compatible pan.
4. Adjust heat with the + / – buttons. Induction heats quickly, so start on a lower setting and adjust as needed.
5. There is an optional timer that you can use. It will turn off the stove when the timer is finished.
6. When finished, press Off and allow the surface to cool before cleaning. Wipe with a soft cloth once cool.
