« Under new management working on fixing something’s that need updating Picture in hallway on the floor lights have bugs that need cleaned and chairs in room need replaced as they are peeling all over you and the floor. Tools lying around the property and a gas can sat in the parking lot the whole 4 days we were there. »

« Great place to stay in Poky! Very clean, great layout. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. »

« The description was very accurate. Bring a couple lawn chairs if you plan to utilize the fenced in yard, but otherwise it was great. »

« I enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to everywhere I planned to visit. It was clean and well maintained. We did have a bit of a problem with the cards accessing our room, but the gentleman at the desk took care of that immediately. The pool was nice. I loved seeing Howie, was friendly and such a pleasure to greet us. I would definitely recommend staying here. »

« The continental breakfast was just ok »

« The room was clean. Check in staff was very friendly. No pool. I was disappointed in breakfast. Waffles, cereal, breads and biscuits & gravy. No protein other than the sausage in the gravy. I'd like eggs as I can't eat pork. I know that is not an anomaly. There was some fruit and yogurts. And there is no elevator. »

« I absolutely love this place!!!! Quaint little spot that offers everything you need and go above and beyond to make your stay as smooth and comfy as can be!!!!!! Kristina is especially sweet. »

« Inept staff, the worst wi-fi out of any hotel or motel I have ever stayed in, basically a flophouse »

« It's a very old motel. The staff is great but he only has so much to work with. There's no real breakfast. Truthfully, I think it was a little overpriced for what we got. But it was a moderately clean and safe place to stay for the night. »

« Great location for our trip - very quiet area. Close to everything we needed while there for a family reunion, »

« Enjoyed the stay .. great location— nice fire pit - fold out mattresses are very uncomfortable— cozy/clean cottage overall .. will recommend »

« GREAT location, host was quick to respond to questions/messages. You can walk to the waterpark, restaurants and golf course! Property has a great little gym and a large patio. If you are coming to Storm Lake, this is a wonderful property! »

« Beautiful house. You won’t be disappointed. »

« The room was clean but carpet was dirty & stained. Staff was very helpful in changing our room to accommodate us to let us be closer to an outdoor electrical outlet for our EV car. »
