- Please note that although you are booking the entire house, access to the bedrooms is based on the number of guests declared and paid for in your reservation.

Our rates vary depending on the number of guests staying, which gives smaller groups the flexibility to book the property without having to pay for all of the bedrooms. For example, a booking for 2–3 guests will have a lower rate and access to fewer bedrooms than a larger group.

The bedrooms that are included with your reservation will be unlocked and the relevant door codes will be provided before check-in. Any bedrooms not included in the booking will remain locked.

If you need additional bedrooms during your stay, please contact us in advance so we can check availability and arrange this for you at the applicable additional rate.

Your hosts have plenty of experience of welcoming guests to Devon and the West Country since 2017, so expect to be well looked after throughout your stay. You'll be left to enjoy the house but will always be able to call on your hosts if you have any questions or require assistance.
