It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops & restaurants.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the annex is one bedroom garden flat with a double bed. Fast wifi is available (50 MB) and there is a 50 MB ethernet connection at the workstation and in the dining room.

A 55 inch tv is in the living room, with all the usual fire-stick apps. A smaller tv is in the bedroom, again with Netflix, Amazon, BBC and ITVX.

The bedding is high-quality Egyptian cotton. Bedding, and towels can be replaced every 3 days. Feather or man-made pillows and quilt can be provided on request.

A washing machine is available within the main attached property. Laundry will need to be coordinated with me (no charge for 2 wash a week.

The annex is attached to my house, but with it’s own private lockable entrance. There is access to the impressive shared garden and large patio, and the garden contains a running stream and a picnic area.

A simple breakfast is provided (toast, milk, and cereals), but the Annex is not a guesthouse, so you may need to provide your own specifics. Eg. non-dairy products.

Electric car charging will be an extra cost of 40p per kWh used.

There are two commercial 28kw chargers 300m away from the property.
