« I was unable to contact the host. They did not respond to my emails and the phone was disconnected. I received an automated email from VRBO with the check in instructions but it it was wrong. Despite numerous calls to VRBO in the preceding week, they would not and refund the payment until I turned up at the property. When I arrived, the host was not aware that the property had been rented. I eventually received a refund but the whole experience was a disaster. »

« I booked my trip for a Thursday to Tuesday. Stay, I needed to change my booking to a shorter time and the host was very prompt and considerate of the changes. I needed the booking for an event at the convention center and it was only 8 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house.Was very comfortable and accommodating. Not once did I have to worry about checking in or the booking going smoothly. I high recommend this host and would defently stay again if needed »
