The Suite at the Cedars

Welcome to this newly renovated and modern basement apartment! Located at the mouth of AF Canyon in the Cedar Hills Golf Club Community. If you like amazing mountain views, open green spaces, and fresh air this is the spot for you! This guest suite features all the amenities of a home from private, exterior entrance, to a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and plenty of parking. From this perfect location you can enjoy the canyon, golfing and some of the world's best ski resorts!
The space
No expense was spared in the making of this guest suite. Every aspect and part of this unit is brand-new and top of the line. This is a basement apartment (basement part of the house only) and it has its own and private everything like parking, entrance, bedrooms, bathroom,kitchen etc. Complete privacy.

-(Full Suite 1200 SF)
-There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each.
-Each bedroom mattress is brand-new and has multiple memory foam layers.
-Each bed frame is control-remote automated to adjust to your sleeping style with a unique added head tilt for maximum comfort. Shall we make a suggestion? Try the zero gravity setting :)
-The sofa in the living room turns into a bed. Simply push the back rest inward and gently let it fall.
-For your convenience there is an automatic, inflatable air mattress that could sleep two more. It is located in the closet with the barn door.
-The unit has an electric fireplace that is able to heat the entire unit. There is also heaters in each room should you need them.
The unit is fully furnished and decorated to make you feel right at home.
(THIS AIR BNB DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB THAT CAN BE USED BY GUESTS)

If your group is more than 4 people hosts will allow more people to be added to the reservation. Keep in mind this air bnb fits 4 comfortably but there’s an inflatable bed available and the sofa can be converted into a bed as well.
Guest access
Your pets may run around the backyard.

Other than that the suite has its own independent entrance is and set up to be independent from the the rest of the house.
Other things to note
Please read House Rules and Pet Rules.
Pets may never be left unattended in the backyard (Read pet rules for more info).

There is a hot tub in the property however it is NOT available for guest use at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Outdoor backyard patio furniture, fireplace, trampoline and grill can be used by guests as an extra perk. If you would like to use BBQ grill please ask hosts first and clean after each use.

The property is fully fenced except on the side of the house that leads up to the street. Per HOA rules we cannot fence those areas.

Unfortunately there is no thermostat in the basement. If you need to the temperature adjusted let us know and we will change it to your liking. You may also use the electric fireplace to warm up the place or open/close the air vents.


We are not perfect but if you need anything like paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap etc let us know and we will gladly get you what you need.
