« Pleasant surprise! I loved the aromatherapy that greeted me upon check-in. Shows they took an extra step. Room was very nice, updated & clean. Quiet climate control & comfy bed. The soap in the bathroom was also an aromatherapy brand that was extra nice. Plenty of linens & trash cans & plug ins. Marketing said continental breakfast but this was a full hot breakfast! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. The only reason I have 4 stars is that their new steam table buffet...

« booked room for 4 adults. room was fresh and up to date. clean when we first got there. had no housekeeping at all. next day had to go ask for clean towels. old towels stacked up in floor, trash cans full and floor needed some TLC next day which did not happen. i thnk they comped the bill 10% for one night. property well lighted and felt safe. clean outside. »

« We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers. »
