« Recently renovated room, however no double paned windows to continuous highway noise from US I-75 = not relaxing. Not to mention the front desk staffer who booked me in a room next to another room that was currently undergoing renovations! This meant loud drilling noise from 9 to 5. When I asked to move the next day, I to interact with a very disrespectful and unpleasant front desk worker who would not change my room or accommodate me.
