L'APPARTEMENT ANGELINA EST SITUÉ À UNE HEURE AU SUD DE CANCUN À PLAYA DEL CARMEN AU COEUR DE LA RIVIERA MAYA, MEXIQUE. MAGNIFIQUE NOUVELLE CONSTRUCTION BOUTIQUE LIFE STYLE POUR PROFITER DE VOTRE PETIT PARADIS. SABBIA CONDOS EST LE MEILLEUR BÂTIMENT CONDOMINIUM DE LA VILLE. D'ici, il est facile d'accéder à la plage (MAMITAS & KOOL BEACH CLUBS). LA CÉLÈBRE 5TA AVENIDA AVEC TOUS SES RESTAURANTS N'EST QUE QUELQUES ÉTAPES.

L'appartement est entièrement rénové dans un immeuble ancien. La rénovation a été achevée en 2017. L'architecte a réussi à conserver et à restaurer le charme ancien, tout en ajoutant une touche contemporaine.

L'appartement est totalement neuf. Mobilier contemporain. Emplacement imbattable sur le centre-ville pour découvrir la vie locale. Beaucoup de lumière. Plein de caractère. Balcon. Appareils en acier inoxydable

L'appartement est minimaliste dans la conception et le mobilier. Le propriétaire n'a mis que quelques belles choses, donc sa famille se sent à l'aise mais pas surchargée par des objets, lors de son séjour à Playa. Il a choisi tout ce que vous voyez dans l'appartement pour le plaisir de sa famille. Il espère que vous l'aimerez aussi.

Le propriétaire est un artiste qui a conçu l'intérieur et décoré l'appartement avec un goût exquis.

Ce charmant appartement de deux chambres est situé dans un immeuble calme du nouveau quartier de Playa del Carmen. .

Des draps et des serviettes propres seront fournis. Notre salle de bain partagée est remplie de gel douche, shampoing et revitalisant. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'animaux dans l'appartement.

Nous gardons toujours l'appartement impeccablement propre.

Parking: Les clients peuvent se garer gratuitement dans l'une des rues. Il y a un parking à l'entrée du bâtiment gratuitement sur un parking attribué.

I prefer 5-star hotels when I travel, and in Playa del Carmen have always stayed at Hilton, or Hyatt but I was going to be in town for a while with my family and wanted something a bit larger and cheaper. However, a few years ago I tried another apartment but was very disappointed. On this trip, I was absolutely pleased. The apartment has just been fully renovated to a very high European standard, the size is massive, the furniture is new and quite comfortable, the kitchen was perfect. And the owner arranged for daily cleaning at a very low charge - which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated. This apartment compares well, in some ways better, than the 5-star hotels. The apartment had been beautifully renovated. A new king size bed in main room provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Large 55 inch flat screen tv provided a comfy night in. Spa bath in main bathroom was lovely. Easy flat 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping. Extremely quite wake to sounds of birds. Will definitely be back loved the apartment.

Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the service the agent provided, the apartment had problems that never were fixed. 1) poor internet, and ONLY in the living room because of concrete walls; they need repeaters2) oven never worked; requested service 2 different times.3) drinking water deliver was spotty. Not sure why they did'nt provide an extra with each delivery.Nice location. Comfortable beds. NOISY dogs in apartment above; dogs woke us up several nights. GOOD location. The company who managed the property were polite and professional; only thing was they never sent anyone to fix the over (after a quirky event where it worked for 3 mins)

It was clean and we had weekly cleaning provided. The management company was available by email for any requests for water refill etc. We did totally enjoy the restraunts 5 star in proximity and laundry facility just minutes away. A short walk to the beach and of course the famous 5th Avenue. Location was a key factor for our choice and this met all requirements.
