Guest Access:

Easy self check-in. Singular Dream Beach Residences is a secure building with elevator access; before arrival we'll send your personal access code and clear directions so you can settle in on your own schedule. The condo is on a single level with step-free access. You'll have full use of the unit and its private balcony, plus the building's shared amenities - the rooftop infinity pool, gym and spa. A team member is always reachable by message during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You'll be steps from the best of Playa del Carmen. The building sits close to the beach and just a short walk from Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), the city's famous pedestrian boulevard packed with restaurants, cafes, boutiques, rooftop bars and nightlife. Supermarkets, pharmacies and the Cozumel ferry are nearby, and family attractions, theme parks and beach clubs are within easy reach. It's an ideal base: peaceful and modern at home, lively and walkable when you want to explore.



Getting Around:

Playa del Carmen is wonderfully walkable - Fifth Avenue, restaurants and the beach are an easy stroll from the condo. For longer trips, taxis and rideshare-style options are plentiful and affordable. Colectivos (shared vans) run frequently along Highway 307 to Tulum, Akumal and Puerto Aventuras, and the Cozumel ferry departs from the downtown pier. The ADO bus terminal and the Tren Maya station connect you to Cancun, Tulum and the wider Riviera Maya. Cancun International Airport is about a 50-minute drive north, and a rental car is handy if you plan to explore cenotes and ruins at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we require a photo ID for every guest and a signed copy of the condominium regulations - this authorizes access to the property and lets us send your check-in details, and helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



Good to know:

- The rooftop infinity pool, gym and spa are shared building amenities and follow building hours and rules.

- Being central, some city noise may occasionally be heard; it's much quieter with the windows closed and A/C on.

- Like all of the Riviera Maya, the nearby beach can have seasonal sargassum (seaweed) at certain times of year.

- You may come across local wildlife (birds, geckos or the occasional insect); please avoid leaving food outdoors.

- Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome essentials. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee on request.

- For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it's running and avoid setting it below 21°C.
