The condo accommodates a maximum of six guests across all sleeping spaces. The sofa bed offers flexibility within that capacity.

One of our favorite things about this condo is the view of the ceiba tree just beyond the windows.

This is the tree that gives the building its name, and its branches bring a lovely sense of greenery to the space. Watch the morning light filter through the leaves, enjoy the changing shadows, or take a moment to appreciate the natural surroundings before heading into town.

The condo faces the interior courtyard rather than the street, creating a more tucked-away setting within the building. You’re close to Playa’s lively atmosphere, with a different view waiting when you return.

That balance, convenience outside and a leafy outlook at home is one of the reasons we chose this particular condo.

Our condo is located on the entry level, with no stairs or elevator needed to reach the door.

It’s a detail you’ll appreciate when arriving with luggage, returning with groceries, or carrying the collection of bags that seems to accompany every family beach trip. Getting in and out is straightforward, so popping home for lunch or a forgotten item is easy.

For the rooftop and other upper-level facilities, the building has elevator access.

The interior courtyard orientation also places the condo away from a direct street-facing position. As in any shared residential building, you may hear other residents or activity in common areas, but the setting offers a tucked-away place to unwind between outings.

SAVE A DAY FOR THE ROOFTOP

You might arrive with a long list of places to explore. Just remember to leave some room for staying in.

The shared rooftop infinity pool is an inviting place to cool off and take in panoramic views. Head upstairs for a swim, enjoy a slower afternoon, and return to the condo whenever you’re ready for lunch or a rest.

When operating, the pool bar and on-site restaurant offer the convenience of a drink or a meal without another trip into town. Some vacation days are better when everything stays simple.

The building also has a gym for guests who enjoy keeping a little movement in their routine. Fit in a workout before breakfast or make it part of a relaxed day close to home.

The pool, gym, and other common facilities are shared with residents and guests. Their hours, availability, access rules, and any applicable fees are determined by building management and the individual operators. Restaurant meals and bar purchases are separate from your accommodation.

From Ceiba at 25, the beach is approximately 500 meters away and 5th Avenue is about 300 meters away. Distances are approximate, and the route will depend on your destination and chosen beach access.

Head out for coffee and breakfast, browse the shops, or take your time choosing somewhere for dinner. Staying near the center of things gives you the freedom to be spontaneous. You can go out for an hour, return for a break, and head back out when the mood strikes.

Spend one evening exploring the energy of 5th Avenue and another enjoying dinner at home.

For a stay focused on central Playa, you can enjoy much of the neighborhood on foot and use taxis for longer outings or when you’d prefer a ride.
