Guest Access:

Guests must register at the front desk upon arrival and present a valid ID.



If you require parking, please request access in advance. An RF access tag will be provided upon arrival with a refundable deposit of MXN $500 (cash), returned at check-out once the tag is returned.

Other Things to Note:

⚠️ POOL RENOVATION (August to approx. mid-October 2026): the building is renovating both swimming pools, so the pool areas are closed while the works last. Per condominium rules, guests under 18 are not allowed in the rooftop area. We apologize for the inconvenience.



- Mandatory use of wristbands for registered guests.

- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival (not restocked).

- Salt, oil & pepper available upon request (before 5:00 PM).

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes available for an additional fee (request 24h in advance).

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.

- Sofa bed linens must be requested before 4:00 PM on check-in day.

- Travel crib available for $15 USD per stay (subject to availability, request in advance).

- For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is charged separately.

- For stays over 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies (additional cost).

- Nearby construction may generate occasional daytime noise.

- Parking available upon request (subject to availability, deposit required).

- Laundry detergent is not included. For your convenience, detergent pods are available upon request and can be ordered at least 24 hours in advance for USD 5 per pack (3 pods).
