The Space:

For those driving, we offer limited parking—please note spaces are subject to availability, so we advise checking upon arrival. Safety is paramount; the apartment is accessed through an electronic lock, ensuring a secure and smooth entry. We look forward to hosting you!



The Neighborhood:

Playa del Carmen Diamond Zone in Coco Beach, two blocks from the best beach club and 5th Avenue.



Getting Around:

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Salento, The Pitted Date (vegan), Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.

We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.



Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required



We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.



For bookings 28 days or longer, we're billing electric usage separately. For bookings 7+ days we request a mandatory change of linens at an extra cost to keep our linens clean and be able to provide all our guests with quality linens.



The apartment is also equipped with a power saving system, to help us keep the electric usage low. Please don't tamper with the devices. If you have any questions about its functioning, don't hesitate to ask. Pictures of the system can be seen in the listing's last pictures.



There's construction next door so you can expect some noise during the day.



We provide an initial electricity allowance of 15kWh per night. Any excess usage will be charged at a rate of 5 MXN per kWh at the end of your stay.
